3. Orders and Pricing

- • You agree to indemnify us against any claims related to your submitted content
4.2 Our Content
- • Save Your Brew retains ownership of all website content, design templates, and proprietary processes
- • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
- • Our trademarks and service marks may not be used without written permission
5. Product Quality and Returns
5.1 Quality Guarantee
- • We guarantee products will match approved design proofs
- • Products are manufactured to industry standards for coffee stoppers
- • Minor variations in color or texture are normal and not considered defects
5.2 Returns and Replacements
- • Defective products will be replaced at no charge when reported within 30 days
- • Custom products cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not match approved proofs
- • You must provide photographic evidence of defects for return authorization
- • Return shipping costs for defective products will be covered by Save Your Brew
6. Limitation of Liability
- • Our total liability is limited to the cost of the products ordered
- • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- • We are not liable for business interruption, lost profits, or lost data
